The Road to Saida - Lebanon

Always make your Camera ready on a road trips :) I always enjoy road trips around the world, I just love the details of the roads the natural details and the man made details ...details that holds old and present stories of people and events . The Road  which led to many  happiness or sadness is the same road , it gives you the good and the bad ..no matter who you are :)

I look to the left side of the window I find the beautiful sun .....too lovers holding hands and having a peaceful walk next to the sea

I look to the right side of the window I find people busy in their little stores and street cafes....  a young lady holding her kids to cross the street .....

Just take some moments and observe the surroundings with your camera lens , its so amazing how many stories you can make up in your mind just through looking at what's going on around you at the moment ..... a smile might fill you face your a tear might touch you cheeks ... one scene could bring your sad or happy memories back for a moment :)

Why the road to Saida ? We were heading to Hammam Saida . What about Saida ? its the third largest city in lebanon. There you can visit the beautiful old city that has Arched pathways connecting the different neighborhoods, numerous souvenir shops and mini-markets too. 7asafa we went there very late like at 5 PM so I didn't have time to visit the old city :( bs next time inshallah since I have my place in lebanon I can go by anytime I want :) I don't know how much time it takes from Beirut to Saida because I was visiting someone in a City called Dahr  El Maghara which is like 20 min to Saida. Saida is well know for its sea food restaurants ...we passed by some but hopefully next time I will head to one ! amooot 3la el sea food :P

Saida is the city of Rafic Hariri ( was assassinated back in 2005 in the lebanese capital ) it is his city he was born there and raised there .... I loved how they still have his photos all around the city ...he deserves it

HammamSaida - Lebanon

So cute ! Sa7 ! They Have them in two sizes big and mini ones ! those are Soap , Where can you find them ? at Hammamsaida the right place you wanna be when it comes for preparing an amazing Hammam ! The place was new to me when I visited lebanon few days ago, I asked they said its been there since 2001 ! I wonder why I didn't know about it ! thanks to Lulu :* She told me that I have to check it out and post about it  in my blog ! actually she took me there ! it is located in Saida, Lebanon

At Hammam Saida once you step foot in that place you will catch the beautiful scent ! ofcourse mokan 9aboon akeed bekoon eyanin :P you can find their famous traditional olive oil soaps, Glycerin body care , lotions , massage oils , hair care, air refreshners,tunics, jellaba and abayas ( draree3 for you girls ;) )  and ofcourse what I love most special arrangments for gifts ! Prices are so reasonable ! and yes I would carry a special gift for a friend from there to back home ! tswaa elsalfaa !

Ofcourse yaneeet o qa3adt ma boqa shay ma khama6ta :P you guys know how I love spa related stuff o ay shay fih esa3ed eni adalel ro7i :P So I bought me the above steel tray and many other stuff too ! Let's see what can you buy from Hammam Saida ;)

Back from Lebanon

Today morning I arrived back home , My plane landed in Kuwait airport at 12:20 AM from Lebanon . Although my stay was for a couple of days to join the big family there , some went days before us and some been there since Ramadan ! its been one fine short vacation ! As I mentioned before I already have seen alot of lebanon,  been vacationing alot there back in the 90's but still I love to go there to get some fresh air that's only if I stay away from the city and stay at my place in the mountains in a lovely season were most people are busy dealing with their little once to go back to school :P I was planning to post something about my short trip but let say I slept at 3:30am then came to work at 8pm :P so imagine how I'm doin right now ;) it was an unplanned trip !! mom decided to go there so we were like Let's go and join her !  its been along time since we had that big family gathering ! The different thing about this trip is my sister did  the airline reservations, the whole check in luggage process  at the airport with the guys help ( cousin and little brother ) I didn't even carry my passport the whole trip ! 
 so I was enjoying my time really :P taking a rest :P since I'm always the guide in any friends or family trip ;)

The year is almost over but my trips aren't ! so wait and see more are coming up inshallah ;) its just september is my month ! my Birthday is coming up soon ! the more I grow up the more my dreams come true and also grow bigger :D and that's a bless I believe ;) this year is different all the good things are raining on me alf el7mdellah ! because of you ! her and him :P you guys know who you are so thanks you are all what I need :*

Falling in love again

Just when I thought I had enough of Lebanon ! Been spending lot of summer up here in the mountains for years since the late 90's ! Last time I've been here was 2 years ago , Where I am right now ! I just realized I have fallen in love again ! With lebanon's fresh air ! Not talking about beirut , anywhere but the city ! Anywhere here with fresh air , amazing views :) actually I can say its one of my shortest stays ! But yet one of the best ! Ofcourse maaabiii ared :( but I have too .. The only thing I'm excited about is once I'm back I'll show you with my posts how I've been spending my few days away ! Lebanon Im loving you again ;)
