Amazing performance it was ! and that was only for the final rehearsal ! wow !
Yesterday I had the chance to attend the final rehearsal of Zain's new play " Zain to a Wonderful World " which is located at Kuwait's Ice skating by a special invetation from Zain to most of the bloggers :)
We were adviced to be there at 3:00pm ut the show started at 3:30pm but for second thought it does make sense because we were there to see something behind the scenes ! something that is not out it to all the audience ! The Final Rehearsal .
To be honest I didn't expect that it would be that amazing ! actually I enjoyed each moment there ! I LOVED IT ! some details unique one that you can't find in every play here is some :
1- perfect preformance and precise directions : preformers have been following the same directions up in the stage precise foot steps ... that made a beautiful story infront of my eyes either you are focusing on one or on all of the stage from far away ...you just get the same beautiful scene.
2- Great costumes : I've been to broadway shows , cirque du soleil shows , althought Zain's custumes are simple but perfectly presented to reflect the stories theme . I'm not sure if they wear wearing some make up but the way they looked was lovely ! I felt its the way they should look again to match the story ! Bravo
3- Acting with Love : you don't want to sit there and watch someone on stage who was pushed into the play like if its something that has to be done and get over with ! well at Zain's Play I've been watching the eye contact between the performers ! Let's say the team work presents you a final astonishing piece of art ! and thats what I loved about them ! all of them on stage were dedicated to what their doing there on that moment ! The face experissions ! got my attention Alot ! when you guys go there you will know what I mean ! I just felt that it was real !
4- Music and Songs : Its certainly one fine arabic language musical play !!! kinds will love it ! your kids will ask for the soundtrack ! I asked for the soundtrack :) notice the performance that goes with the sound effects during the play ! I just loved it ! just Dance and dance and dance ! your little ones will love it too !
5- A lesson to learn : Finally one play that delivers one fine manner to dicipline our little one in a musical delighful way ! I'm not gonna say anything about the story ! I'll leave that to you to watch it yourself inshallah !
