The Spa at Desert Islands Resort & Spa by Anantara - Abu Dhabi

Sometimes I think I was at that place ! the photo above ! then Why am I back here :P how did I leave the place and came back home !!! what was I thinking ! Yes That's the Spa  !! right there is where I spent time just to look at the sea and enjoy the sound of the waves and little birds ! ofcourse after I had that amazing treatment eli kl 3adah lazem anam :P yeah that deep I go during massages ;P  

The Spa at Desert Islands Resort and Spa - Abu Dhabi was something Different ! its was the perfect experience at the Spa resort ! after I came back from the Wildlife ride which I didn't post about yet I'm saving the best for last :P  I was so tired I went straight for having breakfast at the Palms then there was my Spa Time :D owh yeah ...so I talk the walk around the gardens that surrounded the Resort since the spa is located like less that 5 minutes away ... my appointment was 10am .I booked for The60 minutes Anantara Signature Massage it cost something like 450 UAE Dirhem for me I know its a little bit expensive if you compare it to the spas we have here in Kuwait ...but come on its like paying a visit to heaven :P well what I mean its definatly worth it and you are in the hands of experts in the right natural environment where relaxation is the journey you are going to take ... whenever I'm with Anantara Spa I just know I'm in save hands o asheq el 7alg o let them take care of me ;) Now Let's start the Journey to The Spa shall we girls ;) and guys ofcourse ;P

so I went in got welcomed with my favourite way SAWADEEKA !! yep my friends from thailand :P then a I asked the receptionist if I could take some photos ..she was polite and moved away and gave me the whole space ;D

60 Minute I was away ....enjoying the massage I don't know how to secribe the experience ... I've talked to Mao about that stress I have with my shoulders that I always get when one bad memory comes across my mind and it stays there for days .... with a smile she told me not to worry she will try her best to make it go away .... and she did !! she concerntrated on that part .... asking me for the pressure if its ok ... all I know that after closed my eyes  and asked her to make the spa music louder ...I need those sounds the Aantara Spa music to fly into my ears and make me sleep ... it was so relaxing and healing that I slept ! she had to wake me up LOOOL ....for me how can I know that I massage is one of a kind !! etha nemt :P on the top of the list !! to be Honest Anantara have the best massages !!! most of you my readers know how much I love to go to Spas so I know a good massage when I have one !!! let's see where did I go later on ...did I mention that my room Aqua Marine  had an outdoor over looking view at the sea :P

so I ended up in the right corner :P po they brought me my tea after the massage ;) I stayed there for 20 minutes it depends when the next booking for the room is :)

Pool Time at Desert Islands Resort and Spa - Abu Dhabi

Time was running out fast ! but as usual I gotta have it all ! mali sheghl el pool eshaweq !! ma ra7 arg3 lekwait ela o ana 6abah fih :P laazim laaazimmmm I have my time at the pool no matter what 7ta law 30 min !! So I managed to have some time before our check out from Desert Islands Resort and Spa - Abu Dhabi,  to go by the pool .

My 3edah aw qashii mal el pool :P is my epcot disney's towel :P I don't care if im 29 and still enjoying this towel looking young and pretty ofcourse :P it just has lovely memories o etha estkhdamt mthalan w7da thania a7es enii qa3da akhonha :P so as long as this towel can do its job then its my pool towel :D and for the flip flop got them  from Disney hong kong back in 2009...min kil mokan shay :P a7b this style ;) as for the Tory Burch bag its a gift from my only Aunt ofcourse min 7beebat qulbii the USA :** 


Why is it so important to me the Pool time I mean ? its one part of having the perfect getaway...shno elegaza etha masawaina shay ghair ! 7ta law 3ndena pool at home ! its the idea of being in a new place ! another spot of the world ! live it with all the facilities around you at that moment :)

Leaving all of your stuff behind and getting into that pool and enjoying the feeling of your hands and legs moving in the water getting all wet ! ..having those moments with drinks and delicious snacks  ...sounds of the winds ;) and ofcourse sometime to read your favourite book or novel or just lay back and close you eyes o 3adi anam :P I do it alot lol ...let me show you my time at the Pool ....o yes b3tref lekum li awal mrah ma altezem bmwa3eed o I missed my pick up bus to the ferry which was supposed to leave at 1:45pm LOOL come on I reached the pool 12:30pm and sara7a ma qedart aqoom to catch the ferry !!! shooofaw elmokaan I couldn't resist it :P BTW later I went to the reception with a big smile saying  I missed the bus right LOOL they say yeah but make sure to catch the one at 2:45 ! and I did o knt em6anqera mabi a6la3 min elresort :P

Since I'm a kuwaiti mt7agba Traveler ;) this is for you girls ..who are ashamed or a little bit afraid of sharing the public pool in  resorts or hotels when you travel ....GO FOR IT ! let nothing stop you ...as Long as you are wearing the swimming suit the right one the right one from the material ...then let nothing stop you ..I guess we just look like those pro divers :) right :P If you would prefer that I have one post of what to wear for the swimming pool as a met7agba ( muslim girl with a head scarve covering the hair ) let me know I will show you mine :)

I do swim in each pool at a hotel or a resort whenever I Have the desire to ! I don't consider the country or the place ... I'm confident even if some people stare wondering I just go by and greet them saying Hi  LOOL  ..

The Pool at Desert Islands Resort and Spa ...was a verey welcoming place for a muslim girl with a head scarve as long as you wear the appropriate swimming suit ofcourse as I said before !

as for the sea next to the pool , I was warned if I would like to take a short swim I should have in mind that some jelly fish might come around of that side of the sea :P so eshlenaaaaaaaaa bil ba7ar hl 9oob :P khleena 3l pool a7saan LOOL ...notice that there are some other spots around the Island for snorkel and swimming without jellyfish :P

My Tour at Desert Islands Resort and Spa By Anantara - Abu Dhabi

Your private villa on an Island in Abu Dhabi ! I will give you that tour ! I took the time to go over the whole resort eb kil zawya dasheeet :P ! Desert Islands Resorts and Spa by Anantara - Abu Dhabi ! other than its on a private Island which is far from Abu Dhabi the other  good thing is that it has it all ! to make your stay perfect ! it has all the facilities that a family, a couple or even business man needs ! Lets take the tour together and you can see by yourself ! I would like to thank Ms. Tammy for taking me on this wonderful tour and leting me take photos of everything as much as I wanted not like some other resorts eli kla mako o mamnoo3 :P we3 3leehum :P anyways jaaaahzeeeeeen ?! Let's go Travelers .... The above photo is one of the Beach Villas they are located right next to the main building of the resort just 2 minutes walk away ...

now well go to the pool access room ...this room is right in front of the public pool or the gardens ...bs ba6law el bab o khalaw el yahal yentashroon :P I guess those room are most suitable for families with lieelte one ...because they are on the ground floor ...check them out

3- Boutique Shop

Upon our arrival I had my eyes on that Place lol because it was next to the Palm were we had breakfast and it has something I can wear ! LOOL you know my luggages were lost at the airport ! 3adii I go Kayaking bdra3aa 3aaadiii :P lol no no they have other things to wear too :)

That is so beautiful to find this machine to help you with anything you want on the Island

4- Activities centre :
feel free to visit the activity center ! there they will help you in picking the kind of activitiy you would like to do while your'e staying with them ! check my Kayak Activity ;)

5- Kids Club :

oh yes a place 7aq el little monsters :P its your right the mom and dad to have some time alone at the pool or for dinner ! this is the right place to keep your kids at with lots of fun stuff to do .... give yourself a break ...and guess what you can arrange of a baby sitter too

6- Fitness Centre :

If I just had the time to go by and have my time of exercise ! but I prefered talking an outdoor walk :) the weather was amazing

well I didn't have the time to ask about that place because I was wandering the resort alone in a hurry before our checkout ;) bs kaifi fasaart enha diwaniya aw like what people from UAE call it Majles :P so its a place that guys could hang out ! Nbi for the girls please ...m3ana kilsh mo naqe9na we can make a hang out place of any spot we like :P check it out .....

6- The resort's Hallways :

I just loved how smiply resort styleis the design ! neat and clean ..loved the details too

Yeah and did I metion that they have FREE wireless for all guest ! well this is something I can't live without :P
